HRT No. 9: The Rise in Armed Conflicts and the Quest for Justice: Is International Law Failing?

In this episode, we talk to Dr Gurgen Petrossian about the dramatic rise in the number of armed conflicts around the world and how international law responds to it. Dr Gurgen Petrossian is a Senior Officer for International Criminal Law at the International Nuremberg Principles Academy. He also holds teaching positions at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), the Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, and the Yerevan State University. His work focuses on international criminal law, international criminal proceedings, and human rights law.
